【答案】Emotions play an important role in our ljye.aie.If we manage our emotions well，everything can go on well.In my life，I have a lot of pressure on study.Sometimes I cry a lot.But once I controlled my bad mood.I didn't perform well in the final exam of junior high school.After returning home，my mother criticized me severely.I feel very depressed.But I didn't shout at her.Instead，I chose to run alone.Through running，I released my bad mood and told myself to study harder to get good grades.
   I think there are two ways to manage emotions.The first is to release our bad mood through exercise.The second is to share our bad mood with our good friends.
