My good habits

For everybody，good habits are helpful．As for me，I have some good habits too．I always get up early in the morning．I exercise three or four times a week．It is very important to keep good eating habits for us．I eat three meals a day．I always follow the traffic rules on my way to school．I read books every day because I want to learn more about the world．As students，we should take up some good habits．They are good for both our health and our study．
