Good morning!Today，I'm honored to speak on behalf of our school and discuss what negative emotions are and how to deal with them.
In my opinion，there are lots of distressing and unpleasant feelings that can be identified as negative emotions，such as anxiety，sadness，fear，guilt，and so on.To regulate these emotions，we need useful coping skills.The first strategy may be having regular exercise，which can tone up our bodies and provide an emotional lift.Also，talking to our friends and family is an effective way，as they know us best and can thus relieve our stress by simply hugging us.Lastly，spending some time outside is a healthy outlet for us to breathe clean air and get relaxed.
