 China has made great achievements in the development of facilities for the disabled in public places，but there are still some problems.The coverage of infrastructure for the disabled in public places is not wide enough and the supporting facilities are not complete enough.
 The fundamental reason is that in China，there are few disabled people in public places，because the disabled are afraid of being discriminated against and do not want to go out.I propose that we take care of people with disabilities，stop discriminating against them，create conditions for them to go out and encourage them to participate in normal social life.
